My Almost Christmas Film Review

It is no secret that I love me a David E. Talbert film. Well, with yesterday being my Birthday, my girlfriend Goldie and I went to the movies tonight. Now, in case you didn't know, I have been yearning to see this film ever since the trailer first hit the web. However, thanks to my schedule it has taken me this long.

With that said, here goes my TRUTHS!!!!

Overall, the film was very good. I give it a 7 out 10 rating. 

Casting: The cast was very name heavy and reminded me of the film "Kingdom Come" when they just took a lot of people who you hadn't seen in a while and threw them on the screen. Nonetheless, the casting was cute. Lots of eye candy. Pause! Why did they put them braids on Gabrielle Union??? I mean I get she's the struggling mother and all, but babeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, them braids was a struggle to look at on her pretty face.

Story: The story was they typical tore up from the floor up family doing bad after the glue is gone. However, this film presented the story in a very comedic way which is something different from most.... Monique was the breakout hit for this film. Her character of Aunt May had us in tears the entire film.

Fav Scene: When Danny Glover ever made that pie the first time.... Lmfaooooooooooo... (You gotta see it to get it.)

Lil Wayne didn’t perform as scheduled Saturday night (Nov. 26th) at Curacao’s SummerFall Concert. Mind you, according to the show’s organizers the reason why Weezy didn’t hit the stage is because he experienced a seizure. Gurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrlllllllll........

However, TMZ reports Lil Wayne didn’t perform due to a business issue.“The one thing we know—Wayne won’t be performing,” TMZ reports. “Wayne’s people will only tell TMZ he’s not showing up because of a ‘breach of contract.”

I wonder how the fans took it with no Weezy F. Baby??? In any case, other acts including Fat Joe and Yo Gotti hit the stage. #Who

I wonder if fans get part of their coins back.... I mean No Shade, but if Wayne ain't show........

Insecure Pre Season Finale Recap

Okay, so yesterday I binge watched and caught up on the last two episodes that I was missing. First of all, can we talk about how black showed up at  the charity event????? With his FINE ass.... I like how Issa handled him though. He should have known better that to try and pull the okie doke.

In other news, I am still blown that Issa told Lawrence that she slept with Blackie..... I screameddddddddddddddd... Then he left. OMG! I am still gasping for air... Issa just fucked erthang all up. Molly's Mad. Lawrence is Mad. And, Blackie is heartbroken,,,,,, Damn Issa, you the #FuckFeelings MVP of the year.......

I am excited to see what happens on this trip to Malibu for Girls weekend. I hope all the Tea gets spelled.

You know I wanna be cute or whateva, but in that same token I need room to EAT! You know this is that time of year we eat down then wanna talk about a new us after the new year. Ha!

Now, with that said. I hate to have to smile and act like I like everyone!!!! Ummmmmm NO.... You know I don't like you, I never liked you, and I can't stand your momma so that extends to you as her chile.... Yassssssss.... I know someone knows the feeling. LoL!
